Maalot

Maalot is the gentlest of the seven. Full-height curtains frame the window and filter the sun without shutting it out; warm patches of light move across the floor through much of the afternoon.

The fabric ceiling light diffuses rather than illuminates, backed by two globe bedside lamps. Oak desk, built-in wardrobe, linen upholstered headboard: the whole room stays within one range of beiges.
